Welcome to my site! My name is Deepina Kapila (you can call me Dee). I’m a dynamic, trilingual, award-winning SaaS executive with over 15 years of international experience spanning hypergrowth startups, corporations, non-profits and government organizations alike.
I built & currently lead the SaaS industry’s very first Scaled Customer Experience function at Miro, driving value for customers along with high performing customer success, customer education, and content production teams. We create and automate best-in-class customer content & experiences through any modality our customers choose, all while providing leverage across CS, Support, Renewals and Professional services.

I was born in Goa, grew up on the island nation of Curaçao in the Dutch Caribbean, and have lived in Austin with my family for over 20 years.
