Hi! Welcome to my site. My name is Deepina Kapila (you can call me Dee). I’m a dynamic, trilingual, award-winning SaaS executive with over 15 years of international experience spanning hypergrowth startups, corporations, non-profits and government organizations alike. I’ve worked in product and customer experience, as well as in PLG and SLG orgs and bring these dual lenses to my work.
I work at Intercom, makers of Fin.ai, where I lead scaled success, digital success and strategic CX programs like customer education, community and Voice of the Customer. Prior to Intercom, I built the SaaS industry’s very first Scaled Customer Experience function at Miro, built Visa's global Product and Technology Enablement function, and was a founder member of Box's Professional Services team, building the practice as the company scaled to IPO. In another life, I worked in journalism, building out streaming content services, apps and microsites in public radio with partners like NPR, PRX and the BBC, as the industry went through massive disruption to the traditional monetization model.
